One thing that I was missing in this book are images to make thing clearer, and some type of list organizing the different topics.

Adam Johnson gives us all the vital information we need to know about Ketogenic diet in order to have better results. Some of his advice includes preparing ourselves mentally, creating a plan, timing our intake and drinking water. I really enjoy the chapter with the things to avoid when on diet and with the side effects that may occur. There are interesting recipes in the end too. I highly recommend this guide.
This this the book that I just needed to guide me on Ketogenic diet. It is well written for a beginner as it has all recipes for all meals from breakfast to dinner and also desserts. Procedures on how to prepare these meals are well explained making it very easy for you.I find these meals not only healthy but also delicious and amazing. More so if you want to cut off some weight, then you should start on Ketogenic diet and you will still remain healthy and strong. What to avoid is also given to avoid is well written and I love the health benefits of this diet. The author explains all about this diet and you will surely enjoy this. Good book. Is this a joke??? Just read the first few pages and was laughing along with my husband at how bad the writing is. I reads like something translated from another language using Google translator. No real information or citation, and the recipes are a joke. Recipes for a Ketogenic diet (less than 30 carbs a day) SHOULD NO INCLUDE HONEY, BANANAS BEANS OR LENTILS, these are some of the most high carb foods you can eat.....seriously everyone this is a total rip off. DO NOT BUY! Also, all of the five star reviews read suspiciously close to the authors voice, which is "distinctive" to put it nicely. Will be issuing a complaint to .
I have always been looking around for self-help books to help me lose weight. Ketogenic diet had caught my interest. I find this diet unique and since I have lot of stored energy in my belly, I believe this diet is really good for me. I love the reminders or information that was mentioned in this book especially if you are trying to lose weight. But what I’m really after are the delicious recipes along with the diet plan. I think this book isn’t perfect, but I am enthralled by the mouthwatering recipes. But I do wish for this book to have more recipes to show. I don’t think that a seven-day diet plan is enough to achieve my target weight. Plus I don’t want to keep on eating the same food over and over again, wouldn't you?
The recipes may or may not be good in this book, I won't be using this book, because there isn't any nutritional information included with the recipes. I know it may take a little extra effort on the author’s part to figure out how many carbs, protein, etc. are in each serving, but you would think a book catered to a certain way of eating, Keto, Paleo, etc., would include the nutritional information. Information about what I am putting in my mouth while I am living a Keto lifestyle, (or anything I eat for that matter) is very important to me. I will probably give this book to a friend that isn’t concerned with nutritional information.
